Friday Nights at the Kemper offer an evening of free gallery talks, live music, and outdoor movie screenings for Museum members, friends, and the general public.

Gallery talk led by Allison Taylor, manager of education programs at the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, will explore the work of Jackson Pollock, including artwork in the Frederick Hartt and American Abstraction in the 1950s exhibition.
8:30p Live music featuring Rough Shop on the Florence Steinberg Weil Sculpture Plaza. (updated 8.9.12)
10p Film screening of Pollock (2000, rated R) will be shown in the parking lot east of the museum.

Bring your lawn chairs; free parking in adjacent lot after 6p.
In the event of inclement weather, the live music will be inside the museum and the movie will be in Steinberg Auditorium.
