Join us for an engaging evening exploring the intersections of museums, stewardship, and Native American art at Indigenous Perspectives II. The event invites attendees to reflect on the role of museums in presenting, preserving, and interpreting Indigenous artistic traditions.
Event Schedule:
4:30 pm – Reception with light refreshments
4:45–5:45 pm – Guided tours of two exhibitions featuring works by Native American artists, led by Kemper Art Museum curators Dana Ostrander and Meredith Malone
6:00–7:30 pm – Panel discussion featuring three guest speakers, with audience Q&A
