Menard also founded Frogman's Press and Gallery in Beresford, South Dakota where he has curated over forty exhibitions since 1994. Menard has collaborated with over two-hundred artists to produce editions and and prints at both Frogman's Press and at the University of South Dakota. The work Menard produced at Island Press was destroyed in a gallery fire. Only the helper prints exist today.
